GradAdd uses role-based access, private storage for sensitive uploads where configured, server-side authorization checks, and audit-oriented logging for AI usage and workflow activity. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

User responsibilities

Keep your password secure, use an email address you control, avoid sharing accounts, and do not upload information you are not authorized to share. Report suspected security issues through the Help Center.

Documents and AI processing

Documents and CVs may be processed by third-party infrastructure and AI providers to provide requested features. Users should review extracted or summarized information before relying on it.

Incident response

If we become aware of a security incident affecting user information, we will assess the issue and take steps we believe are appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
